Whilst it’s an unsettling time for everyone, it’s no surprise we’ve already had calls from customers asking if we are still open and hugely relieved because they still need our help.
We have a responsibility to continue to help our customers, particularly those who are elderly or vulnerable, and ensure they aren’t left without heating or hot water in these early spring months.
We want to reassure all Aqua Plumbing & Heating customers that we have put sensible recommendations for risk assessments in place for both our customers and staff, so everyone knows what to expect when we turn up at their door to carry out work. Most of our elderly customers know us very well so they’re comfortable leaving us alone in the room with the boiler or any other item that needs attending to, safe in the knowledge all necessary work will be carried out in the usual professional and efficient manner, while they remain at a safe distance in another room.
After every call-out we will thoroughly clean any area we have touched so the risk of any contamination is minimised.
